Our history
From a modest start to a global legal force
Al-Massala International Legal Services was founded by Dr. Majid Hawi Al Rabi on January 19, 2010. The company began as one of the ambitions in a crowded scene of the sober law offices in Baghdad.
Steady and confident growth
During its first decade of establishment, the company experienced slow but steady growth, focusing its efforts on building its reputation as a trusted entity for dealing with the most complex legal issues. It was particularly distinguished in the handling of major criminal cases avoided by many traditional law firms, thus strengthening its position in the legal market.
expansion and diversification
From the very beginning, Al-Massala recognized the importance of providing comprehensive legal services to its clients. It worked on developing a range of practices that included litigation, taxation, and antitrust. Recognizing the needs of its clients, the company embarked on a journey of regional and international expansion. It opened new offices in major cities within Iraq starting in 2024, then expanded globally by establishing offices in Europe to meet the needs of its international clients. In response to the increasing growth in business volume, the company expanded its services to include restructuring, financing, legal management of commercial projects, and collective litigation.
