A practicing attorney with a bachelor’s degree in law, he has practical experience in legal work, representing clients in court, and handling lawsuits and judicial proceedings, in addition to his interest in legal research and the study of Iraqi legislation and its practical applications.

He possesses skills in legal research and analysis, reviewing facts and documents, and preparing legal briefs, memoranda, and petitions, as well as handling lawsuits and legal proceedings before courts and official authorities, and determining the appropriate legal procedures to address the matters at hand in accordance with applicable legislation.

He also possesses skills in drafting contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence; reviewing documents; engaging in professional communication and negotiation; and managing legal files, with a focus on finding appropriate legal solutions to disputes and protecting the rights and legal interests of individuals, companies, and institutions.

He represents the company in Dhi Qar Governorate and coordinates with its management to follow up on legal matters, serve clients, and complete legal transactions and cases within the limits of his authority, thereby contributing to strengthening the company’s presence, developing its legal services, and expanding its client base.

In performing his duties, he is committed to adhering to the ethics of the legal profession, maintaining the confidentiality of information, exercising diligence in reviewing cases and handling legal matters, and working with a sense of responsibility and cooperation, in line with the company’s objectives and professional standards for providing reliable legal services.
