Tiba Qusay Abdulghafar
I hold a Bachelor of Laws degree from Dijlah University, where I ranked in the top ten in my department. I have practical experience in the field of law, during which I have achieved significant legal outcomes for clients, in addition to contributing to the training of new lawyers, which has helped establish their professional careers, and my membership in the Human Rights Committee of the Iraqi Bar Association.
My experience combines legal and administrative work; I
currently hold a position at Baghdad Mall, where I have experience drafting and
reviewing contracts and agreements, providing legal advice, ensuring compliance
with applicable laws and regulations, as well as managing legal risks and
supporting efficient operations.
I also possess technical skills in web development and have
participated in and organized a number of specialized technical workshops in
collaboration with Zain and Computiq Academy, as part of programs supported by
Google Women in Tech.
I hold several certificates from training courses in various
fields and am always eager to learn and discover more.
I have a good proficiency in English, which supports my
ability to work in diverse professional environments and make informed
decisions.
